UPGRADE SERVICES

Asymilate will take over the system upgrade related tasks, including negotiations with system provider and project management. This includes the following:

• Patches and hot-fixes
* Scheduled as part of the normal release and deployment cycles.
• Minor releases
* As part of the agreed release cycle
• Major releases
* Run as separate projects within Managed Services and will include all phases of the project lifecycle including regression and other testing.
