Working in partnership with our Clients, co-sourcing offers a solution where both Asymilate and our Clients work as a joint team to build solutions. The Client team has strong innate knowledge of their environments, systems and procedures, while the Asymilate team provides subject matter experts who transfer knowledge on best practices and technology solutions.  Over time, the Client teams become trained in the specialised software.
